- 1 dried ancho chile
- 1 cup water
- 1 clove garlic peeled
- 2 cans (10 ¾ ounces each) Campbell’s® Light Chicken Gumbo Soup (plus 1 can water)

- 10 shrimp (either peeled or with shell-on)

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced avocado
- 1-2 tablespoons queso fresco (crumbled)
- 1-2 tablespoons Mexican style sour cream

- 1 can Campbell’s® (10 3/4 ounce) Cream of Potato Soup
- 1 can Campbell’s® (10 3/4 ounce) Cheddar Soup
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- Sliced avocado (about ½ avocado)
- 1/4 cup queso fresco (crumbled)
- Slivered onions (about ¼ cup)
