Mr. 305 is showing his home turf some love with a new restaurant and “nightlife concept” that promises to keep both foodies and fans happy.

The superstar will open iLov305 in South Beach this summer, which will serve a blend of tropical Latin cuisine and American comfort food (think pork belly sliders and guava bread pudding).

And the venue, which will take up residency in the Bon Air Hotel on Ocean Drive, sounds like a Pitbull video come to life: It’ll have an old-Havana vibe complete with cigar rollers, a daiquiri bar, a “Pitbull Voli” central bar serving up the artist’s own Voli 305 Vodka, and a mojito bar serving 50 different varieties of the classic Caribbean cocktail. There will be VIP floors, of course, where the star and his famous friends can groove to tunes spun by a live DJ, and a “Dale! Room,” designed to be Mr. Worldwide’s very own private space, which he’ll offer up for special occasions when he’s not in attendance.

“iLov305 says it all,” the rapper-turned-entrepreneur said in a press release. “I want everyone to feel, see, share the same passion and love I have for Miami. iLov305 will have the most energy that Ocean Drive has ever seen.”

Pitbull is serving as brand ambassador for the sure-to-be hot spot and partnering with Sugar Factory American Brasserie, a brand with restaurants all over the world.

This isn’t the Grammy winner’s first step into the business world: In addition to the above-mentioned vodka brand, he’s also got is own fragrance line: “Pitbull.”

If we didn’t have enough reasons to hit Miami this summer, we sure do now.
