West House HotelNew York City

If you want to party with Gatsby (and who doesn’t?), you’re in luck. New York’s sophisticated Art Deco-styled West House is offering two New Year’s Eve packages Daisy Buchanan wouldn’t’t turn her nose up at. For $1,245 per room per night, this luxury hotel provides a room with direct view down to the Times Square Ball Drop and  bottle of Dom Pérignon 2003 to go with it. Guests can look forward to spending time in the hotel Den where they will be offered breakfast presentations, afternoon tea, hors’ d’oeuvres, and evening canapés. Guests who opt for the Dinner and Ball Drop package will, for an extra $300 per room per night will have all this as well as a prix-fixe dinner at Saju French Bistro where you can pair your delicate glass of bubbly with oysters on the half shell and filet mignon before being escorted beyond the masses to an up close and personal view of the Ball Drop. The James Royal Palm Hotel, Miami, Florida

With it’s night of live music and Latin-inspired fare, The James Royal Palm is out to prove that a cool South Beach New Year’s Eve is every bit as amazing as a Ball Drop. Family friendly ambiance or stocked bar, no matter what you’re looking for, the Royal Palm offers it. Children 12 and under enter at a discounted price of $36 and adult tickets go for $75. Raymi Peruvian Kitchen and Pisco Bar, New York City

The good people at Raymi clearly think it’s best to celebrate on a full stomach and we couldn’t agree more. This Peruvian gem in the flatiron district will host a seated, prix fixe, three course New Year’s Eve dinner for only $55 (or a la carte), and with Richard Sandoval’s dishes flying out of the kitchen, you can be sure no one will be disappointed. Then at 10 p.m. the restaurant will transform into a celebration complete with open bar, passed hors d’oeuvres, live music, dancing, and party favors, all for $120 per person or $175 for the VIP package. For more information, click here.

Maya Modern Mexican Kitchen and Tequileria, New York City

Oh, you want your New Year’s to taste like tequila? We can make that happen. Sandoval’s Maya is offering two seatings of an amazing prix fixe dinner. The first from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for $69 per person and the second seating will commence at 9 p.m. and includes the ball drop viewing, mariachi band, and a champagne toast for a mere $99. This authentic Mexican restaurant will be offering it’s usual dinner menu from 5 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. for those looking for a great meal before their midnight escapades. Then at 9p.m., this taqueria will offer for, $100 per person, a five-course sharing menu and three-hour open bar that will tempt revelers with their one-night only specialty drink, the Midnight Fizz. Sounds intriguing, doesn’t it? Head over and take a sip while you countdown! Toro Toro, Miami, Florida

Both Sushi Samba locations in Miami Beach and Coral Gables will be offering up their Japanese, Peruvian, and Brazilian fusion to the Miami masses on New Year’s Eve with a special celebratory cocktail to accompany their already mouthwatering menu. Greet 2014 with a glass of their Revellion, a Brazilian cocktail of pisco and prosecco, instead of the standard champagne, and start the year with the spice and adventure you’re looking for. The Dutch, Miami, Florida

This American restaurant run by Andrew Carmellini is preparing for a New Year’s Eve prix-fixe feast with two seating times, the first at 7p.m. for $165 per person, and the other from 8:30-10:30 p.m. for $250 per person. This five-course meal is sure to please. Potato latkes with caviar and an appetizer of foie gras or a house-made brioche start it all off and are followed up by a white truffle risotto or French Brie platter. Choices of beef wellington or a Lobster broth poached Maine lobster with root vegetables make up the main course and, assuming you somehow have room for dessert, you can choose from a list of tantalizing sweets. Tablao Tapas y Restaurante, New York City

Tribeca, we bring you Spain! This rustic, new, and inviting Spanish spot invites NYC to its three-course and night-long open bar. The fee of $135 gets you party favors, champagne toasts, a TV count down to 2014, and endless Spanish delicacies to share with your friends. Night Owls and stay-up-laters rejoice!
