We're always looking to add more sabor to our dishes and the simplest way is salt. But there's even a way to add flavor to salt! We know, this is mind blowing. We already do it for cocktails (think spicy salt on the rim of your michelada), so why not for our food?
So here a few quick and simple flavored salts to add more punch to savory dishes (a spicy finish on a grilled steak, perhaps) and sweet dishes (a vanilla ginger salt on top of a truffle!).
