It's about this time of year we start spotting walnuts ... everywhere. Piled high next to a nut cracker at a happy hour, on buffet tables, cheese plates, and desserts. And we're all about it. Walnuts are incredibly rich and indulgent, perfect for the holidays. And while we love snacking on them, they're great to cook with, in sweet and savory dishes. Just one word of warning: walnuts are packed with oils, making them susceptible to burning. So be gentle with them. And then put them on everything. Here are a few of our favorite recipes.
