These crispy little Yuca Balls Stuffed with Cheese are a fabulous party snack or side dish. To make these balls a simple yuca dough is stuffed with mozzarella cheese, formed into round balls, and then fried again until golden brown and perfectly crunchy and melty. You don't even need a deep fryer, a handy skillet will do the trick.
