This empanada recipe has been adapted from Santa Monica's Zengo restaurant. They serve their version with sides of mango chutney and red curry. Sweet chili sauce (mae ploy) can be found at most Thai markets, as well as some grocery stores, while Oaxaca cheese can be found at Latin markets, and is generally available at most grocery stores.
