Pork Adobado Tacos with Crickets

    Add some crunch to classic tacos with the addition of one buggy ingredient: crickets! The pork filling for these tacos is marinated in chile, garlic, and vinegar then slow cooked until tender, loaded on to warm tortillas, and topped with the star ingredient.

    Directions
    Step 1
    To make the marinade: combine the 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt with vinegar, massage into meat. Let rest for 10 minutes. Combine the rest of the ingredients, pour over meat, let sit overnight or up to two days.
    Step 2
    For the tacos: cook the pork per your taste (on the stovetop or in the oven). Place in warm tortillas, top with 10 crickets, and garnishes as desired.
