I am not sure this recipe was truly tested before posting. I nearly ruined my dinner. If you are using boneless chicken breasts you really need to watch the time with this high temp as your chicken will totally dry out if you let it go for the suggested 55 minutes. I pulled mine out after 30 and they were already very dry. Also, I found them to be very unbalanced on the seasoning — (nonexistent) on salt – certainly not enough to finish the taste with so much pepper. The orange flavor got totally lost. I had to dip it in my black beans to make it more moist and edible. Needs work.
