    The criolla salad (the way we say it in Argentina) is actually consumed in several Latin American countries. A side dish that literally transcended many borders in this region, the core ingredients are always the same.

    medium seedless tomatoes

    large red pepper

    medium spanish onion
    The Vinaigrette

    Olive Oil

    apple cider vinegar or wine vinegar

    whole clove garlic (crushed)

    salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
    Directions
    Step 1
    Wash vegetables.
    Step 2
    Cut the tomatoes, the red pepper and the onion into small cubes.
    Step 3
    Combine vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper and let infuse for a few seconds.
    Step 4
    Add the olive oil slowly.
    Step 5
    Taste and adjust seasoning.
    Step 6
    . Let it sit for a while in the fridge (at least 1 hour). The flavor will be much richer!
