Chili Lime Popcorn

    Directions
    Step 1
    Combine lime zest, sugar, salt, chipotle powder, parsley, garlic powder and onion powder in a small bowl.
    Step 2
    Melt the coconut oil in a large pot set over medium heat. Once melted add popcorn kernels and partially cover with a lid.
    Step 3
    Cook until all the kernels have popped, shaking the pan periodically. Pour popcorn into a large bowl and toss with the spice mixture.
