Gazpacho is a classic refreshing soup on a warm day. In this recipe, created for Badia Spices at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival, chef Hector Morales combines sweet roasted garlic and orange juice with ripe tomatoes, crisp peppers, onions, celery and cucumber for a perfect bowl of soup.
