Carne a la Tampiqueña is a dish that was developed in the 1940’s by José Inés Loredo for his restaurant Tampico Club, in Mexico City. In this easy version of the classic dish, strips of roasted poblano pepper are added for an extra kick. Use one of our favorite grill pans to make this all year long.
