Carnaval Moscato Cocktail

Rather than serving your sparkling wine solo, mix up a Moscato cocktail that’s chock full of citrus and tropical fruits. Look for Carnaval Moscato which is made in the Serra Gaúcha of Brazil’s southernmost state, Rio Grande do Sul, and was awarded a gold medal at the San Francisco International Wine Competition.

Add ice to a large red wine glass and top with 1 ounce of sparkling soda. Fill with the cocktail, spooning some fruit into the glass and garnishing with a sprig of mint or a citrus wedge.
