Caribe Hilton’s famed original Piña Colada recipe is a great way to get a taste of Puerto Rico this summer. The Piña Colada was created at the Caribe Hilton in 1954 by bartender Ramón "Monchito" Marrero. Marrero left quite the legacy, as the Piña Colada is now the official drink of Puerto Rico!
