Add 5 cups of water to a medium sized pot over a high flame and bring to a boil.
Add Jamaica flowers to water and boil for 15 to 20 minutes.
Then remove from flame and allow flowers to continue to steep in hot water for another 20 minutes.
Using a sieve or slotted spoon remove flowers from water.
Set Jamaica water to the side.
Cut rind off watermelon. Start by cutting it in half. Then you want to place your knife where the red flesh ends and the white of the rind starts, and just follow the natural shape of the melon.
Slice watermelon flesh in chunks and add to a blender till you fill it 3/4 of the way to the top.
Add 2 1/2 cups of water and 1/2 cup of sugar to watermelon chunks and blend on high till smooth. You will have to do this in two batches.
Repeat with remaining watermelon, water and sugar.
Pour the watermelon water and Jamaica water into a 12 cup pitcher and mix well.
Pour over ice in your favorite cup and drink away!
