Vanilla Fondue

Our vanilla fondue recipe calls for a variable amount of sugar, which allows you to add the flavors that appeal to your dinner guests. If you choose to serve a classic vanilla fondue, opt to add the full 3/4 cup of sugar. Make it a flavored fondue by adding 2 to 3 tablespoons of your favorite liqueur.

cream cheese

butter

vanilla

favorite liqueur
Directions
In a large bowl, heat cream cheese and butter in the microwave for 30 seconds on high, or until the mixture is soft.
Add the remaining ingredients, whisking until smooth. Place mixture in small fondue pot, or reheat for 30 seconds in microwave.
Serve warmed with fresh fruit, chunks of pound or angel food cake.
