Tuna Bocadillos

Forget those gloppy tuna melts and mayo-bombs of tuna sandwiches you've had in the past. This tuna bocadillo is delicate, light, and delicious. 


Ingredients

12-ounce cans of tuna in olive oil, drained
1
small white onion, diced
1/2
green pepper, diced
2
cloves
garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

tablespoon
mayo

tablespoons
Olive Oil
1
baguette, sliced in half lengthwise
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl combine tuna, onions, peppers, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste then add in mayo. Mix until all of the ingredients are well combined.
Brush sliced baguette with olive oil. Toast bread until golden brown about 5 to 10 minutes. Spoon the tuna mixture on the baguette. Serve!
