Triple B Soup

Warm up with a flavorful soup with all of your favorite sides rolled up into one: black beans, red beans, pinto beans, brown rice, and beer. Triple B Soup, with a hint of jalapeño and tons of flavor, will warm you up from the inside out. 


Ingredients

15-ounce can black beans, rinsed

15-ounce can pinto beans, rinsed

15-ounce can red beans, rinsed

ounces
wheat beer
4
cups
vegetable stock

cup
brown rice
Directions
In a large pot on medium-high heat add olive oil, garlic, pepper flakes, and jalapeño. Cook until garlic and jalapeño is tender.
Add black, pinto, and red beans to the pot. Pour in beer and simmer for five minutes, stirring often.
Add vegetable stock and brown rice to pot. Cook for 35 minutes or until brown rice is cooked through.
Serve hot topped with salsa, avocado, or perfectly plain.
