    Sweet Matcha Chia Pudding

    Give your morning a lift with this delicious Sweet Matcha Chia Pudding sweetened with condensed coconut milk!


    Ingredients

    vanilla coconut milk
    1/2
    teaspoon
    matcha powder, plus more for garnish

    chia seeds

    tablespoons
    plus 1 teaspoon sweetened condensed coconut milk
    Directions
    In a blender combine coconut milk, matcha powder and 2 tablespoons sweetened coconut condensed milk. Blend until smooth. Adjust sweetness to taste by adding extra condensed milk and blending until smooth.
    Add chia seeds and pulse to combine.
    Pour mixture in a cup and refrigerate overnight. Before serving top with extra matcha powder and a drizzle of remaining condensed coconut milk.
