    Superita Margarita

    Based on the so-called “Mexican Martini,” this margarita takes it a step further with tequila from barrels selected specifically for Tex Mex restaurant Superica and olives marinated in citrus juices. It’s finished with a dash of olive brine for the perfect balance of sweet and salty.

    Superita Margarita

    ounce
    Herradura Double Reposado
    1
    ounce
    Combier
    .75
    ounces
    fresh lime juice
    .5
    ounces
    orange juice
    1
    dash
    olive brine
    Directions
    Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with citrus-marinated olive. *Citrus-marinated olives: Drain olive brine from olive jar and reserve for drink use. Zest 2 lemons, 2 limes and 2 oranges. Marinate olives in mixture.
