    Stella Artois Cidre Muddled Lime

    This refreshing summer cocktail, created by Chef Geoff Lazlo of Mill Street Bar & Table, uses fresh cilantro to brighten up an already sweet cider beverage.


    Ingredients
    6
    ounces
    Stella Artois Cidre
    *
    soda water
    8
    sprigs
    Fresh cilantro
    1
    lime wedge
    1/2
    teaspoon
    agave syrup
    Directions
    Muddle 8 sprigs of fresh cilantro and 1 lime wedge in 8 oz. Collins glass.
    Add ½ tsp of agave syrup, fill with ice.
    Add 6 oz. Stella Artois Cidre, then stir thoroughly.
    Top with splash of soda water.
