    The Spoiled Girl Hibiscus and Cava Cocktail

    This fiery red libation is built from Fords gin, hibiscus syrup, and GM Munne cava. The drink is garnished with a white daisy flower complimenting the exotic red hue. It's a great cocktail for any celebration. 


    Ingredients
    For the syrup:
    2
    cups
    dried hibiscus
    *
    sugar
    For the cocktail:
    1 1/2
    ounces
    Fords Gin
    *
    Canals & Munne Cava
    *
    lemon
    Directions
    Make the hibiscus sugar syrup: On a saucepan over medium high heat, boil hibiscus with 1 liter of water for about 15 minutes. Strain out hibiscus, discard. Add sugar to taste.
    Make the cocktail: combine ¾ oz of hibiscus syrup and gin in a shaker with ice. Add lemon for a sour flavor. Strain into a highball glass and top off with cava.
