    Spinach Apple Crunch Salad

    Directions
    Core the apples, quarter and cut each quarter into three even slices.
    Put the spinach in a large bowl. Add the apples and blueberries.
    Dress salad with apple cider vinegar, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
    Add the chopped almonds and toss the salad to evenly coat and disperse ingredients.
