    Spiced Tangerine Supreme Salad

    Spiced Tangerine Supreme Salad has spicy, peppery arugula, sweet, juicy and nutrient dense tangerines, and fiber filled dark raisins dressed in a three pepper vinaigrette to bring sweet and savory together in each and every bite.

    tangerines, peeled

    Olive Oil

    balsamic vinegar

    teaspoon
    ground black pepper
    1
    teaspoon
    ground white pepper
    1
    teaspoon
    pink peppercorns, ground
    1
    teaspoon
    Himalayan sea salt
    Directions
    Put the arugula and raisins in a large bowl. Separate tangerine into segments and add to the bowl.
    In a small bowl combine the oil, vinegar, black, white and pink pepper and sea salt. Whisk until ingredients are thoroughly combined.
    Add the vinaigrette to the salad and toss until well combined.
