    unsalted butter, melted

    sharp cheddar cheese, diced

    corn kernels

    minced cherry chile peppers
    Directions
    Preheat oven to 400F. Grease an 8x8 square pan and set aside.
    In a bowl, fold all ingredients together. Ensure that dough is mixed thoroughly. Pour batter into pan and transfer to oven.
    Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden on edges and firm on top. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
