    Special K & Mexican Chocolate Milk

    Chef Santiago Gomez teamed up with Kellog's to bring us this amazing recipe with a Mexican twist!


    Ingredients
    2
    tablets
    Mexican chocolate
    2
    cups
    milk
    1
    teaspoon
    agave honey
    1
    cup
    special k
    1
    tablespoon
    pumpkin seeds
    1
    tablespoon
    amaranth
    1
    tablespoon
    shaved coconut
    Directions
    Cut the Mexican Chocolate into pieces.
    Bring the milk to a boil, reduce heat. Add in the Mexican chocolate until it dissolves. Refrigerate.
    In a bowl, combine Special K, pumpkin seeds, amaranth, and shaved coconut. Set aside.
    Serve the mix of Special K in a cereal bowl and add the cold Mexican chocolate milk.
