Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.
Make sure your kale is dried thoroughly. Cut into large pieces.
In a large bowl, massage the olive oil, chili powder, smoked salt, paprika, and pepper into the kale until well coated. Taste for seasoning.
Distribute the kale onto two ungreased baking sheets leaving space between the leaves.
Bake for 10–15 minutes, rotating the pans halfway. Let the kale chips cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes.
Eat immediately or store in airtight containers.
