    Slow Cooker Corn on the Cob with Lime Butter will be your new favorite way to prep your corn - because you can set it and forget it. Once the corn is tender and cooked through, a homemade lime butter and chopped cilantro infuse even more flavor into this simple side dish.

    corn on the cob, husks removed

    lime, juiced

    lime, zested

    cilantro, chopped
    Directions
    Season the corn with salt.
    Wrap each corn on the cob in aluminum foil individually. Add wrapped corn into your slow cooker and cook on low for 5 hours.
    To make lime butter: mix the butter, lime juice, lime zest and chopped cilantro in a small bowl. Keep butter refrigerated until your ready to serve.
