Slow-Cooker Chicken Taco Salad

Slow-Cooker Chicken Taco Salad is a must-make, thanks to the chipotle chile flavored chicken, cooked low and slow for hours until juicy and tender. Combined with lettuce, cilantro, corn, tomato and crisp tortilla chips, this chicken makes a flavorful meal perfect to feed a crowd!

Directions
Add the chicken breast, garlic cloves, 1/4 cup salsa, chiles, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to your slow-cooker. Set to low and cook chicken for 7-8 hours or cook for 3-4 hours on high.
Shred your chicken with a fork. Once the chicken has cooled make the salad.
Add the chicken, lettuce, cilantro, corn, tomato, and tortilla chips to a large bowl. Mix until all of the ingredients are incorporated.
Dress salad with the ranch dressing and the remaining salsa.
