Simply Amaranth

A simple and easy recipe for Amaranth. Spice it up by using stock, spices and a nice side of grilled veggies!


Ingredients
1/2
cup
amaranth
1 1/2
cups
stock or water

salt to taste
Directions
In a sauce pan on medium heat combine amaranth, water and salt to taste. Stir to combine.
Bring to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer and cook until amaranth is soft and reaches a porridge consistency.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before serving.
