    Seafood Ceviche Shooters

    A specialty of The Westin Resort & Casino, Aruba, these seafood ceviche shooters include cumin, cilantro and white pepper spices. The easy to create dish is a perfect light appetizer for spring and summer. 


    Ingredients

    46 ounce can tomato juice
    4
    pounds
    blanched and chopped mixed seafood
    2
    lemons
    2
    teaspoons
    cumin
    1
    teaspoon
    white pepper
    1
    bundle
    cilantro
    1
    ounce
    horseradish
    2
    ounces
    sugar
    1
    dash
    each of hot sauce, celery salt
    Directions
    Mix all ingrediens together.
    Place in shooter glasses and garnish with cilantro or celery stick with leaves. Season to taste.
