    Seafood Ceviche

    This Seafood Ceviche is a refreshing beachside treat available at CasaMagna Marriott Cancun Resort and features octopus, shrimp, calamari and scallops.

    yellow tomato cherry, cut in half

    poached red pepper, skinless, diced

    yellow onion, small dice

    yellow onion, sliced

    bunch cilantro, coarsely chopped

    fresh lime juice

    worcestershire sauce

    pinch dried oregano

    bay leaf

    sea salt and black pepper to taste
    Directions
    Poach seafood in salted water with sliced onion and bay leaf. (Shrimp - 5-6 minutes. Calamari - 20 minutes. Octopus - 1 hour. Scallops - 10 minutes)
    Chill until completely cooled. Mix seafood in a bowl with lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, vegetables, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
    Assemble in a bowl and garnish with cilantro leaves.
