    Rum With Me Cocktail

    Zacapa 23 Aged Dark Rum
    1
    ounce
    fresh pineapple juice
    1/2
    ounce
    coconut creme
    1/2
    ounce
    fresh lime juice
    3
    teaspoons
    brown granulated sugar
    2
    dashes
    Angostura bitters
    1
    leaf
    basil
    2
    pineapple leaves
    Directions
    Pour Zacapa rum, fresh pressed pineapple juice, coconut creme, fresh squeezed lime juice, 2 tsp of brown granulated sugar, and basil leaf into mixing glass. Make sure to smack basil leaf to extract oils before placing in glass
    Fill with ice and shake
    Double strain on double rocks glass filled with fresh ice
    Add two dashes of Angostura bitters
    Garnish with two pineapple leaves and sprinkle one teaspoon of the granulated brown sugar on top of leaves
