Rose Petal Chilcano

A floral spin on Peru’s classic summertime chilcano, the Rose Petal Chilcano uses rose petal infused pisco combined with lime, ginger ale and bitters. 


Ingredients

rose petal pisco
1/4
lime, juiced

Angostura bitters

Ginger Ale

Directions
Combine pisco with white, red or pink roses in a large sterilized jug or container. Close (air tight) and let macerate for one month. After a month, drain the liquid and store the remaining rose petal pisco in a sealable bottle.
Fill a long drink glass with ice.
Add 2 ounces of the macerated rose petal pisco. Add 3 drops lime juice, 2 drops of Angostura bitters, and top with ginger ale.
Garnish with a lime twist and rose petal, stir and serve.
