    Richard Sandoval's Salsa Roja

    A classic and healthy salsa from Mexican chef Richard Sandoval, fresh and juicy red tomatoes and tossed with spanish onion, serrano chiles, and garlic and hit with freshly squeezed citrus and straight from the garden fragrant cilantro.

    tomatoes, cored and chopped

    small white spanish onion, chopped

    fresh serrano chiles, stemmed, seeded and chopped

    Chopped Garlic

    chopped fresh cilantro

    freshly squeezed lemon juice
