    Rama Michelada Cocktail

    Rama Michelada Cocktail combines the classic with traditional Thai flavors including fish sauce, sriracha, lime and Singha beer.

    Viet Huong Three Crabs Fish Sauce

    sriracha
    1/2
    ounce
    Lime Juice

    ounce
    Calamansi juice concentrate

    bottle of Singha
    Directions
    Prepare a tall Collins glass by rimming the glass with a lime wedge and then combining Salt and Thai Chili and using the mixture of both to coat the rim of the glass, and fill with ice.
    In a mixing glass combine fish sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and calmansi juice. Shake vigorously with just a few ice cubes to combine the ingredients, then add to the collins glass filled with ice. Finally top the mixture with Singha, and garnish with a lime wedge and a straw.
