Ingredients

low fat plain greek yogurt

tablespoon
agave syrup
1/2
cup
blueberries
Directions
Spoon half of Greek yogurt in a cup.
Drizzle 1/2 tbsp agave, cover with 1/4 cup blueberries.
Add 1/2 cup yogurt over blueberries.
Top off parfait with remaining blueberries and agave.
