    Power Parfait

    Luscious greek yogurt, ripe blueberries and a drizzle of agave come together in the Power Parfait, a great snack to refuel post workout and get you ready for round two.


    Ingredients
    1
    cup
    low fat plain greek yogurt
    1
    tablespoon
    agave syrup
    1/2
    cup
    blueberries
    Directions
    Spoon half of Greek yogurt in a cup.
    Drizzle 1/2 tbsp agave, cover with 1/4 cup blueberries.
    Add 1/2 cup yogurt over blueberries.
    Top off parfait with remaining blueberries and agave.
