Power Greens Kale Ramen

This Power Greens Ramen combines chili flakes, green onion, garlic and super antioxidant rich kale making the college classic nourishing fast food.


Ingredients

green onions, sliced and diced
1/2
medium white onion, minced

cloves
garlic, minced

cups
curly kale, packed tightly and roughly chopped

cups
water

Salt and pepper, to taste

ramen noodles
Directions
Preheat a medium sauce pan on medium heat. Add olive oil and red pepper flakes. Once warm, top with green onion, white onion, garlic and kale. Sauté until kale has softened.
Add 2 cups water and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes or until noodles are cooked through. Enjoy hot.
