    Piri Piri Peach and Chicken Kabobs

    This Piri Piri Peach and Chicken Kabobs recipe is perfect for summer bbqs: it's tangy, spicy, and sweet with crushed piri piri, smoked paprika, and fresh peaches.

    boneless skinless chicken thighs, bite size

    grape tomatoes

    peaches, cubed with skin on

    Directions
    In a zip-lock bag combine chicken with piri piri, paprika, olive oil, and salt. Close, removing any excess air.
    Massage meat, ensuring each bite is completely dressed in spice mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
    Remove meat from fridge and preheat grill pan to medium-high heat.
    Using bamboo, skewer chicken, peach, and grape tomatoes until all ingredients are on kabobs.
    Place kabobs on grill and cook for 8 minutes per side, until onion is charred and chicken is golden and cooked through.
    Enjoy hot off the grill.
