    Peach Sriracha Chicken Wings

    For a light zesty snack or a swingin’ spicy meal, try Peach Sriracha Chicken Wings. A quick homemade sauce with peaches and sriracha makes all the difference and adds fresh sweet and spicy flavor to cooked wings.

    peaches, peeled and pitted

    sriracha

    tablespoons
    apple cider vinegar

    tablespoon
    low-sodium soy sauce
    1/2
    teaspoon
    kosher salt
    1/2
    teaspoon
    freshly ground black pepper

    bone-in chicken wings, cooked (baked, fried or grilled)
    Directions
    In a blender combine the peaches, Sriracha, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Puree until smooth. If chunks persist simply push through a sieve. Reserve the sauce in a large mixing bowl.
    Heat a grill over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken wings for about 5 minutes on each side.
    While hot, toss the wings with the sauce to coat. Serve hot.
