    Pan Seared Snapper with Corn Salsa

    Directions
    Make salsa: combine corn, onion, peppers, cilantro, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside.
    Pan sear snapper filets, skin side down first, then flip onto flesh and cook lightly.
    Place snapper over corn salsa and serve.
