The Nutty Smoothie

This Nutty Smoothie is a little bit like a banana milkshake. Perfect for a speedy on-the-go breakfast or post exercise, this smoothie will replenish those energy levels fast.


Ingredients

large ripe avocado

ripe banana, peeled
1
cup
chilled unsweetened almond milk

tablespoon
almond butter
2
teaspoons
honey, or to taste
1
tablespoon
gluten-free oats
Directions
Add the avocado flesh to a high-speed blender, food-processor or liquidizer along with the remaining ingredients. Whizz until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve straight away.
