    Natalie Rose's Tortilla Strips

    These tortilla strips offer a crispy foil to homemade chicken soup.


    Ingredients
    6
    corn tortillas
    1
    teaspoon
    chili powder
    *
    cooking spray
    *
    salt
    Directions
    Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C). Cut tortillas in half and then into 1/4-inch strips; arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with half of chili powder and a pinch or two of salt. Toss strips gently and repeat cooking spray / chili powder / salt combo.
    Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Serve.
