Michelada

The Michelada is a traditional Mexican beer cocktail and one of the most popular drinks south of the border. This savory cocktail is fairly easy to make and perfect for your Latinized St. Patty’s Day celebration.


Ingredients

Agave worm salt (or Tajín)

ounces
fresh lime juice

ounce
tomato juice

dash
tabasco sauce

ounces
Victoria Mexican beer

kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Rim a cold beer mug with agave worm salt or Tajín.
Mix the lime juice, tomato juice and Tabasco together in the mug and stir with a long spoon.
Season with salt and pepper. Pour cold beer in the mug and serve.
