    Mango Lime Jam

    Bring the taste of the tropics to breakfast with homemade Mango Lime Jam. Fresh mango, lime juice, and a touch of sugar come together in this sweet and tangy treat.


    Ingredients

    cubed fresh mango
    3
    tablespoons
    fresh lime juice
    1
    teaspoon
    lime zest
    1 1/2
    tablespoons
    low or no sugar needed pectin
    1/2
    cup
    sugar
    Directions
    In a blender or food processor combine mango and lime juice. Pulse until mixture is mostly smooth with a bit of fruity lumps.
    Transfer mango lime mixture to a large sauce pan on medium heat. Add lime zest and sprinkle in pectin while stirring. Continue stirring until mixture reaches a rolling boil.
    Add sugar and continue stirring. Once mixture reaches a hard boil again, allow to boil for a minute while continuously stirring.
    Remove jam from heat and allow to cool. Once cool, spoon into clean jars and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or enjoy immediately!
