    Mango Chia Pudding

    This Mango Chia Pudding is a sweet treat without the guilt!


    Ingredients
    1/2
    cup
    frozen mango
    1
    cup
    oat milk
    2
    pitted dates, halved
    2
    tablespoons
    chia seeds
    *
    fresh mango chunks, garnish
    Directions
    In a blender combine frozen mango, oat milk and dates. Blend until smooth. Adjust sweetness to taste by adding extra dates and blending until smooth.
    Add chia seeds and pulse to combine.
    Pour mixture in a cup and refrigerate overnight. Before serving top with fresh mango chunks.
