The London Pisco Passion
Pisco gets special treatment at The London Bar in New York City when shaken with passion fruit and topped with goji berry liqueur and aromatic bitters.

Directions
Mix the Pisco 100 and passion fruit mix in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass.
With a dropper, place 10 to 20 drops of Goji berry liqueur onto the surface of the cocktail. Top with a dash of bitters and garnish with a star anise.
