Lillet is a fortified wine made by blending wine with herbs and fruit essences. Although this favorite French aperitif is delicious on its own, you can turn it into refreshing sangria by adding lime juice, lemon-lime soda, and fresh fruit.
bottle (750 ml) Lillet Rouge
fresh lime juice
orange, peeled and sectioned
Combine all ingredients except orange slices in a large pitcher. Stir.
Add ice cubes to stemmed glasses, pour Lillet Rouge Sangria over ice, and garnish with an orange slice.
