Kale, Corn, and Feta Pizza

This Kale, Corn, and Feta Pizza is bursting with flavor and takes under 20 minutes to make from start to finish. Top store bought naan with veggie dip, fresh corn, and salty feta and dinner is ready. 


Ingredients

roasted vegetable dip
1/4
cup
kale leaves, packed and chopped

teaspoon
Olive Oil

tablespoons
cooked corn kernels

tablespoons
crumbled feta cheese
2
cherry tomatoes, sliced
1
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Place naan on baking sheet and top with roasted vegetable dip. Spread dip to edges of bread.
In a small bowl combine kale leaves and olive oil. Massage kale until evenly dressed in olive oil, then place on top of vegetable dip.
Sprinkle naan with feta, corn, cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
Transfer pizza to oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, until bottom of naan is crisp and feta begins to melt.
